Farah's live demo is invite only

She's answering for Al Barsha Auto Spa, an example car care shop. It's a made-up business: the prices, services and bookings are all fake, so nothing you book is real.

Demo calls last up to 2 minutes.

To keep the line free for real businesses, the demo needs an access code. Message us and we'll send you one, usually the same day.

No code yet? WhatsApp us or email [email protected] for one.

One front desk. Set up for your trade.

Our service is Farah, an AI front desk on your existing number. Here's what she does, and the trades we set her up for.

What Farah does.

  • Answers when you can't

Unanswered calls forward to her after about 5 seconds. Your number stays the same and your phone still rings first.

  • Covers after hours

Calls that ring out once you've closed go to her the same way.

  • Speaks English and Arabic

She answers in whichever the caller uses.

  • Quotes your real prices

Only the ones you give us. If a price depends on seeing the job, she gives your starting price and says the team will confirm.

  • Books the job

She takes what you need for a booking: who, what, when and where.

  • Sends it to your WhatsApp

Right after the call, ready to read between jobs.

  • Passes on what she can't handle

Complaints and questions she can't answer go to you, with the caller's details.

Same Farah. Your trade's language.

  1. 01Car carePPF, ceramic, tint, washes. Quotes by car size and books the drop-off.
  2. 02Home servicesAC, cleaning, pest control. Takes the address, the problem and the slot.
  3. 03Salons and spasFills the chair while your hands are in someone's hair.
  4. 04ClinicsBooks visits and answers "how much?" without ever giving medical advice.

Don't see yours? If your phone rings while your hands are busy, she'll probably fit. WhatsApp us and ask.

Cheaper than a receptionist. Never calls in sick.

Prices in AED. Pay monthly, or pay yearly and get 2 months free.

Setup is a one-off fee and stays the same whether you pay monthly or yearly. You pay 50% of it up front and the rest when Farah goes live. Monthly fees are paid in advance. Annual plans are paid for the year up front and get 2 months free. Founding plans are monthly only, since they're already discounted and locked for 12 months. Extra minutes are AED 1.50 each, sold in blocks of 100. Calls under 20 seconds are free. Front Desk Plus has a 6-month minimum because we build your website, and the domain is yours.

The first-month promise. If the jobs Farah books in your first month don't add up to that month's fee, we refund the month.

We count the bookings she made, at your own prices. The setup fee isn't part of the refund.

The last call you'll ever have to answer yourself.

Tell us what you do and how you take bookings now, and we'll show you how Farah would answer your phone. No forms, no sales funnel.

  • Dubai based. English and Arabic, like your callers.
  • A person, not a ticket system. You talk to the people who build your Farah.
