Setup is a one-off fee and stays the same whether you pay monthly or yearly. You pay 50% of it up front and the rest when Farah goes live. Monthly fees are paid in advance. Annual plans are paid for the year up front and get 2 months free. Founding plans are monthly only, since they're already discounted and locked for 12 months. Extra minutes are AED 1.50 each, sold in blocks of 100. Calls under 20 seconds are free. Front Desk Plus has a 6-month minimum because we build your website, and the domain is yours.
We count the bookings she made, at your own prices. The setup fee isn't part of the refund.
If they ask, yes. Farah introduces herself as the shop's virtual assistant and admits she's AI if someone asks. People ringing a detailer want a price and a slot. She gets them both.
She gives your "starting from" price and says the team confirms after seeing the car. She never promises a final price on paint she hasn't seen.
She asks what they drive, matches it to your size bands and quotes that price. If a car sits between bands, she gives the range and flags it to you.
Yes. She takes the area, building, parking details and the slot, and sends it all to your WhatsApp.
She tells callers what your warranty covers, using your exact wording. Claims and complaints go to you.
She sticks to your prices. Anything else, she passes to you.
No. The number on your Google listing stays. Unanswered calls forward to Farah after about 5 seconds.

Yes. Switch off forwarding on your line and calls ring only in the shop again.

Here's the honest bit. Farah is new. You won't see logos or star ratings on this page, because we don't have them yet and we won't fake them.
